PESHAWAR: About 33 suspects including three proclaimed offenders were arrested by police and security forces during a joint search operation here in suburbs of Peshawar on Tuesday.
Sources said that police and security forces carried out joint operation late at night in the suburbs of Peshawar and arrested a total of 33 people out of which 17 were suspects and three proclaimed offenders.
9 were arrested for violating rent act and the other four were Afghan nationals who were living there illegally.
Arms and ammunition have been seized from their possession. Police have registered separate cases and started investigations.
