LAHORE: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) will hold an auction of tenancy rights of a site reserved for the ‘biggest rooftop restaurant’ in the city on November 26.
The auction will be held at LDA’s Community Centre in the city’s New Muslim Town area. According to details, at least 27,000 square feet area will be rented out on a lease of 10 years and the successful bidder will avail the facility of first six months’ rent-free use of site.
The space being offered includes a rooftop restaurant as well as the top floor of ‘Park N Shop’ plaza located in Allama Iqbal Town’s Moon market area.
