ISLAMABAD: Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has invited his South Asian counterparts to the 8th Finance Ministers’ Meeting of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) that is scheduled to be held in Islamabad on August 26 this year.
In letters addressed to the finance ministers of Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal and Sri Lanka, Dar said that a considerable progress was made on finance and investment related matters at the last meeting in Kathmandu in August last year.
